Decking

The main deck off of the main house is about 3500 Sq ft and is completely constructed of Trex composite lumber that does not warp or rot. It has white aluminum railing and wraps completely around the back of the house. It has three different levels and has two octagonal sitting areas wit built in fire pits. This includes 6 complete patio sets along with multiple loungers. There is an access underneath which allows for tons of storage. The entire deck is skirted with the same Trex decking. This deck in conjunction with the pool deck has and can easily accommodate well over 100 guests
