Swimming Pool

This is a Grecian L. with a ten ft extension added to the shallow end. It is about 45,000 gallons and is much larger than most residential pools. It has a custom waterslide, diving board, fountain with planter box, four jets that spray from the concrete decking into the pool. The diving board, fountain, and slide have the look as if they were made out of large rocks or boulders.  It includes a Polaris self cleaning system, mesh tension mounted cover, and a surplus of chemicals. The pool has a gas heater and is powered by an oversized three horse power pump. The plumbing is all 2” verses the standard 1.5”. It has a commercial sized DE filter. With the large filter and the larger plumbing it makes it a breeze to keep the pool sparkling clean and maintain great water quality. All of the pool equipment is housed behind a large brick wall with vinyl gate. This provides for plenty of storage, it hides all of the equipment and it deadens the noise from the pumps. 2400 sq ft of stamped concrete decking surrounds the pool. There is a sound system wired in with an outdoor volume control switch. The speakers are made to look like rocks and are strategically placed in the flowerbeds providing a surround sound around the whole pool. It was constructed with a retaining wall overlooking and leaving an unobstructed view of the water. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the pool. It includes patio tables, loungers, and chairs that can seat and accommodate a large gathering. The pool is located directly adjacent to the playground area allowing a view of the children while at the pool.

Hot Tub 

This tub measures 8’ X 8’ and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has three 3 horsepower motors, 72 jets and a waterfall. It is manufactured by Hawkeye and it is the Orion model. It has two skimmers and a digital control system. The cover was custom ordered and is twice as thick as standard covers. This gives it extra strength and much better insulation.
