Boat lifts
There are
two boatlifts. One has a ten thousand pound
capacity and the other has a three thousand
pound capacity. The three thousand pound lift is
set up to lift two jet skis, but could easily be
converted to lift a boat. Both have metal halide
lights above which totally illuminate the area
at night. |
DOCKS AND
BULKHEAD
Bulkhead is constructed of vinyl and has a fifty
year warranty. It is topped with a 315 x 6 ft
dock/decking. (Approx 1900 Sq Ft) The decking
has light poles every 30 feet illuminating the
whole waterfront at night. There is fresh water
plumbed in along with electrical outlets for
maintenance of the boats and jet skis. There is
an aluminum ladder mounted to access smaller
boats of for water access. It also has separate
and much brighter lights over the boat lift and
floating dock giving plenty of light for
nighttime boat access and exiting. There is a
30ft X 8ft floating dock with gangway which is
perfect for mooring large boats and providing a
deck level to the boats for entering and exiting
more comfortably and safely regardless of the
tide.
