Barbeque Grills There are two grill islands. There is one by the pool directly outside of the guest house. The other one is located right off the kitchen of the main house. They are both the same and are comprised of three pieces. The main grill section has two different cooking levels along with an electric rotisserie and a side burner. The next section has a storage area that can accommodate a small refrigerator, cooking supplies and or a trash can. The third section is a bar height table with foot rail and countertop space. Both grill systems are permanently plumbed in to natural gas. They have a natural stone look and all of the hardware and accessories are stainless Steele. Both grill islands have winter covers for each section. ( six covers total) |
Decks The main deck off of the main house is about 3500 Sq ft and is completely constructed of Trex composite lumber that does not warp or rot. It has white aluminum railing and wraps completely around the back of the house. It has three different levels and has two octagonal sitting areas wit built in fire pits. This includes 6 complete patio sets along with multiple loungers. There is an access underneath which allows for tons of storage. The entire deck is skirted with the same Trex decking. This deck in conjunction with the pool deck has and can easily accommodate well over 100 guests |
