FENCING
The fencing runs along the entire property except the waterfront area. It is constructed of brick and maintenance free aluminum railing. There is a brick column every 24’ with a light fixture on top. The aluminum fencing sits on a brick base between the columns. The lights are on timer as well as light sensors allowing you to have them on only when it is dark and or at your preferred times. The fencing is about 600’ long reaching heights as high as 8 ft in the back. There is a large storage area built into the brick fence that has a roof. This is perfect for dry storage along with garbage cans, bikes, lawn equipment etc. At each end of the circular driveway there are two electric security gates for a total of four. These can be operated by phone, remote and automatic exit sensors. They can also be turned to the permanent open position with switches either in the garage or the foyer. There is an intercom system along with a security camera at the entrance gate in addition to a safety box for police, ambulance, or fire dept entry.
