(1100 on first floor and 700 on second) the first floor was designed to provide an area with full kitchen and guest rooms to entertain around the pool and accommodate guests. The second floor was designed for a live in cook/housekeeper. This area is also fully functional with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and living area. This could be an ideal spot for live in help, college kids, or in–laws. Both areas have total separate and private entrances. There is also a separate bath and laundry area that is designed for use from the pool. This is separate from the living areas, but can be accessed by the first level, the second level, and the pool. The house was newly constructed. It is brick with Anderson windows and doors. Each level has its own HVAC zone that can be controlled separately. The entire exterior is finished with maintenance free materials requiring no painting or replacing. Even though this is a separate building from the main house it was built to the same standards and has many upgrades. This guest/pool house is built and shows as a separate custom home. The design is more comparable to a single family than a guest house. Guest House First Level The first floor of the guest house is set up to be a guest house and pool house. It is right off of the pool and has a complete kitchen and separate bath facilities for the pool area.  It has two bedrooms, two full baths, a mud room, laundry room,  living area, dining room,  full kitchen, its own zone of HVAC, its own entrance, glass doors in master and living room that view and lead to the pool. Guest House Second Level The second floor of the guest house is set up to be an in-law suite or accommodations for live in help.  It has two bedrooms a full bath, living area, full kitchen, its own zone of HVAC and a balcony overlooking the pool and the waterway.
