PLAYGROUND
The playground area has a rainbow playground system with catwalk, slide, fort, picnic table, see saw, trampoline with safety net and a half pipe skateboard ramp with safety platforms. This area is fully mulched with playground mulch and has two powerful lights mounted 40 ft in the trees illuminating the whole area at nighttime. It is located on the side yard with lots of room for running around, volleyball, etc. Should the buyer not have children or if they did not want the ramp and playground equipment it will be removed and replaced with sod.
